Responsibilities of HR Manager:
Strategic HR Leadership: Develop, implement, and communicate HR strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
Talent Acquisition: Oversee recruitment efforts, ensuring the timely and effective hiring of skilled and diverse candidates.
Employee Relations: Manage employee relations, resolve conflicts, and foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
Performance Management: Implement and oversee performance management systems (KPIs), including goal setting, appraisals, and career development.
Compensation and Benefits: Administer competitive compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain top talent.
Compliance: Ensure legal compliance with all federal and state employment laws and regulations, including EEO, FMLA, ADA, and OSHA.
Training and Development: Implement employee training and development programs to enhance skills and productivity.
Succession Planning: Develop and maintain succession plans to identify and prepare future leaders within the organization.
HR Metrics: Analyze HR metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement and support data-driven decision-making.
Policy Development: Develop, update, and communicate HR policies and procedures to ensure a consistent and fair approach.
Health and Safety: Oversee safety programs to create a safe work environment and minimize workplace incidents.
Diversity and Inclusion: Promote diversity and inclusion initiatives within the company.
Employee Engagement: Develop and lead programs to enhance employee engagement and job satisfaction.
