Job Summary
The role of the Human Resources Manager is to provide Human Resources (HR) expertise and leadership support to the business operations. This position is a key member of the local leadership team with responsibilities that include providing counsel and guidance on all matters related to HR, employment law and compliance, aligning HR strategies with business and customer needs, and fostering an environment consistent with proactive employee relations philosophy, code of conduct, vision and values. The HR Manager plays a critical role in the identification and acquisition of external talent as well as in the development and succession planning of internal talent.
