Administrative Assistant

12 Month Contract

Phoenix, AZ (Onsite)

Responsibilities :

• Manage paperwork flow for invoices and work orders to facilitate timely customer payments.
• Organize and maintain the front office, providing easy access to information for associates and customers.
• Accurately record and post customer payments, including cash, checks, and credit card transactions.
• Handle inbound calls and orders, offering order entry and logistics assistance to outside sales associates.
• Reconcile monthly inventory and oversee inventory receiving and deliveries.
• Assist with internal and external audit requests to ensure compliance.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the work environment to uphold safety standards.

Requirements :

• Exceptional interpersonal skills for effective communication with customers, vendors, and colleagues.
• Physical capability to stand, bend, climb, lift, and walk as necessary.
• Proficiency in planning, organizing tasks, and managing priorities to meet deadlines.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Retail Management.
• High School Diploma required; some college or military education preferred.
• Preferred experience of 1 years in the tire industry.
