Job Title: Account Manager
Reports to: Senior Account Director
Hours: Monday through Friday 7:30AM – 4:30PM, assuming an hour lunch break
Location: Hybrid (Monday, Wednesday & Thursday)
Job Summary:
Madison Avenue Worldwide – “The Agency of Urgency” is in search of an overachiever who loves to exceed expectations to fill the role of an Account Manager. This self-directed and hard-working individual will manage key Fortune 100 agency accounts and lead campaign management and the execution of client programs and strategies. Projects include but are not limited to large volume graphic design, production art, customization/updating of existing consumer campaigns, sourcing and distribution.
The ideal candidate will excel working as a partner and advisor to the client; will have visible presence with client management; listen to, react and resolve issues and identify opportunities and implement solutions.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Manage and grow existing client accounts through sales activities
- Ensure client deliverables are profitable, on target, on budget, and on time
- Prepare and submit progress reports and annual sales reports
- Develop and conduct sales campaigns, as well as marketing and promotional plans
- Review work, troubleshoot and provide feedback to creative teams
- Contribute to client pitches, presentations and proposals
- Meet with clients internal leadership to explain campaign strategies and solutions
- Research competitors' products and services
Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience working in sales/account management, preferably within an agency setting – EOS Experience a plus! (EOS = Entrepreneurial Operating System)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask with stellar time management skills
- Possess strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Critical thinker and strong decision-making ability
- Sales and business development skills
- Superior computer skills – preferably on Mac
- Self-starting, entrepreneurial spirit
- Timeliness and dependability
