Account Manager
Comfortable working directly with the Account Director to understand the overall business objectives and strategies, and using that knowledge to influence and dictate projects and communications with internal teams
- Comfortable working directly with the client teams in day-to-day communications
- Creative and resourceful thinker, geared toward fleshing out executional aspects and providing solutions
Able to move quickly and pivot when needed; a flexible mindset and approach
A base-level understanding of technical/digital and creative processes
- The ability to meet deadlines while monitoring the team to ensure they are within budget
- Develop, implement, and manage project plans, including timelines and estimates
- Ability to understand development projects and provide estimates and timing
- Ability to define problems, collect and analyze data, establish facts, draw valid conclusions, and recommend solutions
- Able to manage multiple projects with the ability to take initiative and prioritize tasks and projects on the fly, through the entire project lifecycle from conception to final delivery, on a day-to-day basis
- Including, but not limited to, flexibility with creative and development projects and communicating priorities to relevant stakeholders/teams
- Organize, maintain, and archive all project-related documentation
- Communication for all project-related questions or clarifications need to be handled directly with AD
Comfortable in assisting and leading meetings when necessary, including internal meetings with key stakeholders
Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented and team player
Proven project management, account management, relationship management, and time management skills
