Account Executive
We are looking for an Account Executive to oversee client projects from start to finish, ensuring they run smoothly and seamlessly while reporting progress to senior staff members. The candidate thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative, team environment, is confident in their decision-making skills, and has a sharp eye for detail that will be as essential as tactical thinking and clear communication skills.
Qualifications:
- Comfortable working directly with the Sr. Account Director to understand the overall business objectives and strategies, and using that knowledge to influence and dictate projects and communications with internal teams
- Comfortable working directly with the client teams in day-to-day communications
- Creative and resourceful thinker, geared toward fleshing out executional aspects and providing solutions
- A base-level understanding of technical/digital and creative processes
- The ability to meet deadlines while monitoring the team to ensure they are within budget
- Develop, implement, and manage project plans, including timelines and estimates
- Ability to define problems, collect and analyze data, establish facts, draw valid conclusions, and recommend solutions
- Able to manage multiple projects with the ability to prioritize on the fly, through the entire project lifecycle from conception to final delivery
- Organize, maintain, and archive all project-related documentation
- Comfortable in assisting and leading meetings when necessary
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented and team player
- Proven project management, account management, relationship management, and time management skills
