Job Description
Crane Engineering is hiring an Outside Sales Account Manager to help build client relationships around the Minnesota-Twin Cities, St. Cloud, and north of 1-94 territory.

Responsibilities:
- Travel within assigned sales territory to meet with water & wastewater customers
- Provide solutions to water & wastewater customers
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
- Develop and execute a sales plan for the assigned territory
- Meet/exceed sales goals for our products and services
- Collaborate with customer’s and identify the most effective solutions
- Educate customers on how our products and services can benefit them
- Stay current with new products, competitors, and industry trends
- Ensure customers receive best-in-class experience
- Post High School further education; Associates or Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
- Minimum of 2 – 3 years of demonstrated water & wastewater experience and/or service & repair experience preferred
- Mechanically inclined
- High level of enthusiasm, self-motivation, and positive attitude
- Ability to cold call and prospect for business (“hunter” mentality)
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Ability to establish rapport and build relationships with customers
- Exercise good troubleshooting skills
