About the team
The growth team at LinkUp is made up of highly motivated individuals working in direct sales, sales enablement, business development, and partnerships. We work closely with clients and prospects to democratize our data and the solutions and insights that flow from it. We work with human capital management, enterprise and corporate, academic, and the capital markets to successfully leverage the unique aspects of our employment market data.
We’re looking to grow our Account Management team, and this role will focus on maintaining a defined portfolio of customer accounts. Responsibilities include a regular review cadence with each customer to talk through their current use of our solutions as well as anticipate any changes or future needs. The Account Manager will work closely with the direct sales team for handoff of accounts as well as for upsell opportunities with new products and at renewals. The ideal candidate will also have existing knowledge of, or a strong desire to learn, about the labor market and the various ecosystems that exist therein.
