Will serve as a member of the Sales Operations team and use strong analytical skills to drive deep insight to a wide range of business projects. Will be an internal & external data expert positioned to work with key partners across multiple functional and business areas. Insights and findings from analysis will be used to influence and drive LPs segment and business strategies and tactics. Recommendations will be passed on to key decision makers throughout the organization.
Provide accurate and timely sales, financial, market, industry trend, and activity information primarily to the sales department.
Administer Incentive Compensation Management (ICM) tool.
Prepare sales, budget, sales performance, and incentive compensation reports; perform general trend analysis and forecasts.
May participate in and coordinate the annual budget development process for assigned group; assist senior management in preparation for presentation to budget committee.
Uses traditional and advanced research and analysis methods to support business, segment and product strategies related growth and innovation projects or opportunities.
Gains deep market related insights by engaging developers, channel partners, specifiers, manufacturing operations, etc. using quantitative/qualitative surveys and interviews.
Works collaboratively across functional groups and levels to gather relevant and accurate data and information.
Synthesizes analytical results into deliverables that communicate key insights and implications to be presented to the appropriate stakeholders.
Designs and develop standard periodic reporting formats.
Works on special projects that arise from audits, studies, etc.
Performs all duties in accordance with safety rules and regulations.
Performs other duties as necessary.

Bachelor’s degree required. MBA preferred.
Experience with Varicent, Xactly, or other Incentive Compensation Management tool preferred.
5 years' sales performance analysis, financial analysis or accounting experience.
Or any combination of experience and training that demonstrates the ability to perform the key responsibilities of this position.
Experience with SAP, PowerBI, Tableau, Office365, and Salesforce.com preferred.
Knowledge of sales performance management preferred.
Hybrid office environment
