- Oversee and manage daily office operations
- Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and events
- Maintain office supplies and equipment inventory
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence
- Have advanced, well poised, and high energetic phone manners
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls, emails, and mail
- Provide administrative support to staff members as needed
- Ensure office policies and procedures are followed
- Monitor and maintain office budget
Skills:
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of dental codes, tx planning, payment posting, claim submissions
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Experience in a healthcare or veterinary setting is preferred
- Knowledge of utilization management and managed care is a plus
This position requires critical care and attention to detail in managing the daily operations of an office. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, be proficient in using dental software, and have excellent communication skills. At least 2 years experience as a dental office manager is required.
