Our product portfolio includes excimer lasers using argon fluoride (ArF) or krypton fluoride (KrF) gases to generate light in the deep-ultraviolet spectrum.
As General IT Support you will be tasked with supporting Field service engineers, Gigaphoton software/hardware installs at customer sites, as well as fielding requests from corporate. This is a very dynamic and self-driven role in which while not performing tickets and direct requests you will be examining the IT infrastructure and processes to refine and improve it.
- Set up new employee hardware and software accounts
- Manage mailing lists and group members for teams
- Assist Field employees in networking setups of customer tools
- Support help tickets from employees
- Maintain Endpoint and Server Inventory assignments
- Assist in implementing corporate IT initiatives
- Occasional travel to support installation of FABSCAPE hardware/software at customer sites
- Write and Document Procedures
- AS in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or related professional experience
- Experience in Windows and Linux OS
- Adaptive to learning new software systems
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- General Networking knowledge
