Infor Syteline Support Specialist

On-Site Location: CMI Group, 3617 E La Salle St, Phoenix, AZ 85040 (This is an in-person, on-site position)

Responsibilities:

• Provide first-line support and assistance to users using Syteline.
• Respond to user inquiries and service requests via phone, email, or ticketing system in a timely manner.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems related to Syteline functionality, configuration, and integration.
• Collaborate with senior support staff and system administrators to resolve complex issues and escalate unresolved problems as needed.
• Document and track user issues, resolutions, and troubleshooting steps in knowledge base.
• Assist in user training sessions and provide guidance on best practices for utilizing Syteline features and functionalities.
• Participate in testing and quality assurance activities related to system upgrades, patches, and enhancements.

Working Conditions:

Primarily in an office environment, on-site in Phoenix, AZ

Requirements:

• 1 years experience in technical support or helpdesk role utilizing Syteline in one or more functional areas.
• Willingness and drive to learn and master all functionality of Syteline. 
• Strong problem solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently. 
• Excellent communication
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
