Knowledge and Experience

• 2-4 years of HR Systems experience. Experience in HR Systems implementations and maintenance preferred
• B.A. degree or equivalent experience preferred
• Work experience as an HRIS Administrator or similar role.
• Hands-on experience with databases and HR software
• Strong experience in supporting software and troubleshooting issues preferred
• Experience in company acquisitions, building integrations between systems, building processes, training users on new systems and process and an understanding of change management preferred

Work Requirements

• This position will be a part of the Keolis North America office in Boston. The Sr. HR Analyst can live in the Boston area,
• Ability to travel up to 10% regionally throughout the continental US

Key Keolis Accountabilities 

• All file integration between the business/vendors/HRIS
• Fully support the benefits team with File Management & Troubleshooting
• Communicate and uphold the mission and values of the company; The Keolis Way
• Communicate and promote the Me@Keolis Platform
• Auditing HR processes and documents, including payroll administration, staff turnover, hiring, and termination of service, when required.
• Developing and implementing new processes and systems for efficient HR management.
• Optimizing HRIS processes, integrating new software, and performing diagnostic tests.
• Collaborating with HR managers and other stakeholders to determine HRIS needs.
• Analyzing HRIS performance metrics and resolving application issues.

Business Processes

• Oversees access to Keolis data and the new processes in the Me@Keolis platform
• Manage data mass uploads
• Propose HRIS design, application, and processes based on functional requirements from the Centers of Excellence

Reporting/Data Requests

• Basic Report creation as requested/needed
• Respond to routine HRIS inquiries from executives, local HR managers, and employees
• Manage all data report requests from external vendors and internal; Enlist assistance for complex reports and projects 
• Proceed with data mining to analyze and present quantitative data using HRIS to measure results against goals

Solutions maintenance and development

• Assess and propose HRIS design improvements, policies, and procedures with the HCM Manager
• Test HRIS application development against HR and business requirements
• Define, document, and upgrade HRIS application system processes and systems to comply with changes in working condition and regulations
• Update, maintain, create non-employee specific data value tables
• Provide ongoing maintenance by installing upgrades and administering security/access protocols with the Keolis IT Team
