PrescriberPoint is a rapidly growing healthtech, incubated by BCG Digital Ventures and funded by Lilly, Pfizer, Master Card and Adobe. Its a resource designed for U.S. healthcare professionals (HCPs) to streamline the process of prescribing medication, helping both HCPs and patients. The platform provides a wealth of information, including drug dosage, label details, drug interactions, coverage restrictions, prior authorization requirements, and patient affordability information. The platform also offers tools for collaboration, both within practices and with pharmaceutical representatives, and is incorporating AI functionality into its offerings.
Job Overview
While this position reports primarily to the Head of Marketing, and will be responsible for analyzing all aspects of marketing performance, it will also report dotted-line to our CTO and product teams to support both new and existing product implementations.
Key Responsibilities
Collect and synthesize performance data across the company's digital assets, including marketing automation systems, display advertising, website and application engagement, and other customer interaction points.
Collaborate with business units to identify and establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for our digital products, focusing on both leading and lagging measures of success.
Utilize database analysis, business intelligence, and reporting tools to monitor and analyze the performance of digital products against established KPIs.
Design, build, and maintain reports and dashboards that provide insights into product performance, highlighting opportunities for optimization and innovation.
Conduct regular meetings with functional leads and senior management to discuss performance trends, identify inconsistencies or unexpected changes, and develop remediation plans.
Work closely with application development teams to ensure accurate data collection and tagging within our digital products.
Engage with product designers and managers to understand user journeys, define critical events and actions for tracking, and align on desired outcomes.
Required Competencies
Tools: Tested prowess doing data analytics using programming (e.g., Python, R) and database (e.g., SQL) languages, web analytics (Google/Adobe analytics), and BI applications (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
Platform Knowledge: In-depth understanding of CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Hubspot)
Collaboration: Has the ability to understand and work seamlessly with Senior Management and a variety of different functions, from product design and management to application engineering and marketing, and their specific dynamics and requirements
Measurement: Can apply strong analytical and critical reasoning skills with different functions to develop and iterate KPIs and then express them using easily understandable visual reporting, dashboards, and commentary to translate complex data sets into actionable insights
Proactivity: From keeping up to date with industry trends to identifying marketing and product enhancements and future needs, can look-forward, strategize, and share appropriately
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
A minimum of 6 to 8 years of experience in a digital analytics, business intelligence, or similar role.
Product-side versus services/agency side experience is a must.
Experience in digital product management processes, including familiarity with user flow and funnel analysis, event tracking, and A/B testing methodologies.
Early-to-mid stage company experience and HCP and/or commercial PharmCo exposure are highly preferred
Compensation:
The base salary for this position ranges from $125,000 to $145,000 depending on geography and experience.
