Job Overview
We are looking for a talented and experienced Marketing Design Director to lead our design team and manage the visual identity of our marketing initiatives. As a Marketing Design Director with at least 10 years of experience, your primary responsibility will be to oversee and execute all aspects of communication design, from concept development to execution, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and strategic objectives. You will need to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to create compelling and effective marketing materials across various channels.
Your primary responsibilities and required competencies include:
Leadership: Inspire and guide a team of designers, providing feedback and mentorship to support their growth and ensure high-quality output.
Strategy: Develop and implement design strategies that support marketing goals and enhance brand identity, keeping up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
Conceptualization: Generate innovative ideas and concepts for marketing campaigns that consider target audience, messaging, and channel requirements.
Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and other departments to understand project objectives and translate them into impactful visual solutions.
Design Execution: Manage and execute the creation of various marketing materials, including advertisements, social media graphics, email campaigns, landing pages, and promotional materials.
Brand Management: Ensure consistency and integrity of the brand identity across all marketing touchpoints, maintaining brand guidelines and standards.
Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough reviews of design work to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to project specifications and familiarity working with MLR approval process.
Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and resources to meet deadlines and deliver exceptional results.
Vendor Management: Collaborate with external vendors, such as printers and agencies, to coordinate production and ensure the quality of deliverables.
Performance Analysis: Track and analyze the performance of marketing designs, gathering feedback and insights to inform future iterations and improvements.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar role
Agency Experience preferred
Early-to-mid stage company experience; HCP and/or commercial PharmCo exposure are highly preferred
Compensation
The base salary for this position ranges from $133,000 to $166,000 depending on geography and experience.
