Must Have:
- 8-10 years of experience working as a Business Systems Analyst
- Experience working with trading systems and an understanding of trading workflows.
- Experience with equity, fixed income, currency and derivative based securities.
- Solid problem-solving skills with the ability to develop, build and test thoroughly creative solutions.
- Strong technical knowledge around data harvesting, and data base mapping to support daily business processes.
- Good working experience with databases and SQL.
- Proven documentation and analytical skills for gathering business requirements, functional specifications, and test plans.
- Experience working in Agile Scrum development teams and knowledgeable of Agile Scrum processes and participation in associated ceremonies/events.
