Boston Children's Hospital is Hiring a HRIS Systems Analyst Near Boston, MA
- Designing, developing, and maintaining the HR information system, recommending enhancements as appropriate.
- Providing continuing support to Human Resources staff in the identification, database design, report design, and work analysis leading to automated applications.
- Providing continuing support to managers and supervisors by developing information and reports as requested.
- Maintaining a strong, working relationship with ISD, Payroll and Budget, among others, in order to maintain the HRIS and installing changes, upgrades, and new programs.
- Developing and completing a variety of informational reports the hospital is required to furnish to various state, federal, and health industry agencies.
- Bachelor’s Degree is required.
- 3 years of experience on the job.
- Analytical skills to resolve complex problems requiring the use of programming skills, mathematical, or technical principles and in depth, experienced based cross functional knowledge.
- Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing, facilitating group information needs and translating those needs into specifications that outline data system requirements.
- Familiarity with information system capabilities and trends, in particular local area networks, client server technology, and a working knowledge of the Cyborg system.
- Knowledge of PCs, operating systems (DOS/OS), back up, storage, windows.
