AMBULATORY SURGERY CENTER IN KNOXVILLE IS HIRING AN ADMINISTRATOR

Candidates MUST have Ambulatory Surgery Center management experience or hospital OR management experience. Staff RNs with OR experience will NOT be considered!

The Surgery Center is in Knoxville, Tennessee. Our facility is accredited by The Joint Commission. The Surgery Center is a facility in which physicians have an ownership or investment interest. This facility has 5 OR’s. Our state-of-the-art equipment allows surgeons to perform procedures in the specialty areas of: Colon and Rectal, ENT, General, Gynecology, Ophthalmology, Orthopedic, Pain, Plastic, Podiatry, Urology

Job Summary

Responsible for directing, coordinating, and controlling all aspects of the operating functions, processes, and staff of the facility while demonstrating the primary goal of efficiently providing surgical services that exceed customer expectations and improve clinical and financial operations.

Required Skills:

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required

Ambulatory Surgery Center experience required.

Nursing or Master's degree preferred.

Minimum three years of experience in a top administrative or management position in the health care field.

The Governing Board may determine other qualifications as seen fit.

Ideal Candidate:

Someone who can execute on growth strategies. Someone who can recruit physicians. Someone who is strong with financials. Someone who has MD partnership/relationship experience. It is preferred that someone has ASC Administrator experience.

SALARY RANGE: $130,000 to $150,000
