As a Senior Salesforce Business Analyst, you will be responsible for conducting thorough needs assessments, gathering and documenting detailed requirements, and collaborating closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives. You will leverage your expertise in Salesforce configuration and customization to design efficient and scalable solutions, as well as provide guidance on best practices and industry standards. Additionally, you will play a key role in user training and support activities to facilitate smooth adoption of new Salesforce functionalities. Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills are essential for this role. Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Administrator (ADM 201) and Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder are required, with additional certifications like Salesforce Certified Sales/Service Cloud Consultant being a plus.
