Ironside HR is Hiring a Business Development Representative Near Dallas, TX

Business Development Executive

Ironside HR is seeking a highly motivated Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a strong sense of urgency, who is able to work independently and as part of a team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities through prospecting and developing relationships with key decision makers. This position will report to the Director of Sales.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field, preferred
  • 2-3 years of sales experience preferred
  • Experience in B2B sales and experience in customer service preferred
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines under pressure and results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high pressure situations.
  • Cold calling experience

We are looking for an enterprising and energetic Account Executive/Sales to help us expand our clientele. The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients, in healthcare industry.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Build relationships with customers and strategic partners.
  • Develop a growth strategy focused on both financial gain and customer satisfaction
  • Keep a detailed record of all customer interactions to send to clients in order to keep customer records up to date
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
  • Prospect new leads and sell our staffing services
  • Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Evaluate existing partnerships and sales efforts with an eye toward building on what works and changing what doesn’t.
  • Cold calling clients and emailing prospective clients
