Job Title: Pharmacy Director

We're seeking a Pharmacy Director to lead our clinical pharmacy services, ensuring top-notch care for our community. This role involves overseeing outpatient and inpatient services, managing pharmacy operations, and maintaining compliance with regulations. You'll foster positive relationships among our team, medical providers, and patients.

Pharmacy Director Qualifications:

• Advanced Pharmacy Degree (Masters or Doctor of Pharmacy)
• Four years of hospital pharmacy experience with one year in administration
• Registered Pharmacist in the State of Alaska
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Experience with office equipment and basic mathematical reasoning

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of 33 employees, overseeing hiring, training, and performance management
• Ensure pharmacy services meet regulatory requirements and organizational objectives
• Coordinate with medical providers and other departments to optimize patient care
