We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Optometrist Receptionist and Technician to join our team. This role is critical in providing exceptional patient care and support in our optometry practice.

**Key Responsibilities:**

Greet patients and visitors with a warm and welcoming demeanor. Schedule and confirm appointments efficiently. Handle phone calls and inquiries professionally. Assist the optometrist with preliminary eye exams and testing. Maintain patient records and ensure accuracy. Manage the front desk, including billing and insurance verification.

**Qualifications:**

Previous experience in a medical or optometry office is a plus. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Attention to detail and organizational skills. Proficiency in computer software and office equipment. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $11.00 - $16.00 per hour
