Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Chiropractic Assistant to join our team. As a Chiropractic Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our chiropractic office. Your primary responsibility will be to provide administrative support and assist with patient care. Responsibilities:
- Greet patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage the front desk
- Collect patient information, update medical records, and verify insurance coverage
- Assist chiropractors with patient care
- Provide guidance and education to patients on exercises and therapies
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the office environment

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a healthcare or administrative role preferred. no experience is okay! We will train!
- Familiarity with phone systems and basic office equipment
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Compassionate and empathetic attitude towards patients
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of patient information
