We are seeking a Senior Architect to join our growing Virginia Beach, VA based team contributing to exciting projects within the region and across the nation. Project types include multifamily, K-12, higher education, municipal, and private market developments.

• Is skilled in Autodesk Revit and Bluebeam.
• Has experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook, etc.)

• Senior Architect: Candidates should hold a Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture from an accredited institution and have a minimum of 8 years of work experience.

Team members in this role will be expected to:

• Drive project exectution, along with the project manager, working closely with clients, consultants, team members, and other project contributors.
• Guide and manage a team of architects, engineers, and production staff to deliver innovative projects that exceed client expectations.
• Lead research into relevant code, materials and systems, and client-specific prompts, leveraging derived insights to create unique and innovative design solutions.
• Develop thoughtful technical solutions and manage the delivery of clear and concise project documentation.
• Seek opportunities to contribute to design excellence by playing an active role in a collaborative design process.
• Operate successfully in a hybrid home/office environment.
