We are looking for a competent dental receptionist who will make the dentist’s office more efficient and pleasant for patients. You’ll ensure excellent customer service and lift administrative and basic dental tasks off the dentist’s shoulders.should be well-organized with great attention to detail. You should be able to follow instructions and respect dental office regulations. We want you to be skilled in providing direct or indirect patient care and able to make office procedures as smooth as possible.

Responsibilities.

• Ensure that patient appointments, cancellations and last-minute adjustments are handled properly.
• Respond efficiently to patient and doctor needs and inquires.
• Ensure the delivery of quality dental care to patients.
• Respond to patient queries and issues and ensure patient satisfaction.
• Resolve patient issues in accordance with company polies and procedures, healthcare regulations and dental board standards.
• Organize and present payment schedules with patients.

• Experience handling Medicaid and PPO insurance
• Knowledge of dental procedures

• Additional certification or training is a plus
