What You Can Expect
As an Administrative Assistant -Tax Specialist, part of the Tax Department team, you'll leverage your multi-tasking and organization skills by completing annual reports on a timely manner, assisting with fixed asset reconciliations. But not limited to completing business tax questionnaires, subcontractor prequalifications, and business tax applications
In addition, your interpersonal skills will help work with branch personnel to complete state and local business license renewals and applications. Follow up with jurisdictional authorities as required. Eager to learn and grow join the tax team and become a tax master!
To Be Successful
- 1-3 years’ experience in a professional environment
- Experience using Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook; Microsoft Access is a plus
- Excellent organizational skills
