Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support to our executive team. This is a dynamic role that requires excellent communication skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Must pass a FBI/BCI background check which meets Ohio Revised Code § 3319.39
Duties:
- Manage executives' calendars and set up meetings
- Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare expense reports
- Assist in event planning and coordination
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Perform data entry and maintain electronic and hard copy filing systems
- Provide phone coverage with professional phone etiquette
- Assist with proofreading documents for accuracy
- Utilize DocuSign for document management
- Support executives in daily tasks as needed
Skills:
- Proficient in calendar management, including Outlook Calendar
- Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Experience in event planning is a plus
- Strong clerical skills for efficient office operations
