Job Short Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our executive team at Earthley Wellness. The ideal candidate will have a proactive approach, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth operations and assisting our executives in their daily activities, ultimately contributing to our mission of promoting wellness and sustainability.
Job Responsibilities:
· Serve as the first point of contact at the front desk, ensuring a warm and professional greeting for all our guests, clients, and employees. Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area.
· Efficiently direct visitors and clients to their appropriate destinations, including guiding them to interviews or meetings, ensuring they feel welcomed, and their needs are addressed promptly.
· Provide administrative support to the executive team, including managing incoming calls, scheduling appointments, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and assisting with various clerical duties to support office operations.
· Act as the first point of contact for the executive team, handling correspondence and phone calls.
· Prepare reports, presentations, and data, as well as maintain files and record-keeping systems.
· Coordinate internal and external meetings, including logistics, agendas, and follow-up actions.
· Assist with project management by tracking deadlines, deliverables, and coordinating with various departments.
· Handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
· Support the executive team with personal tasks as needed to optimize their time management.
· Collaborate with other staff members to ensure a cohesive and productive work environment.
· Ordering supplies for various departments of company
· Receiving and distributing incoming mail
Qualifications:
· Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar administrative role.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other office productivity tools, with the aptitude to learn new software and systems.
· Flexibility and adaptability to handle a diverse range of tasks and to work extra hours if required.

Pay: $17.00 per hour
