Job Short Description:

Earthley Wellness is looking for a diligent and skilled Maintenance Associate to join our team. This role is crucial for maintaining the operational efficiency of our facilities and equipment. Working under the guidance of the Maintenance Supervisor, the Maintenance Associate will be responsible for performing most preventative maintenance on facilities and specialty manufacturing equipment. This position requires a hands-on approach to maintenance tasks, troubleshooting, and the upkeep of the work environment to ensure a safe and efficient operation.

Job Responsibilities:

· Assist in performing all preventative maintenance tasks for facilities and specialty manufacturing equipment. Ensure that these tasks are completed timely and efficiently, using IOS to track and document completion.

· Responsible for installing change parts within the scope of maintenance activities and as necessary, ensuring that equipment remains in optimal operating condition.

· Actively troubleshoot any maintenance-related issues that arise, identifying problems and implementing effective solutions to minimize downtime and maintain continuous operation.

· Participate in training sessions with equipment technicians when new equipment is installed, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of equipment operation and maintenance requirements as assigned.

· Perform additional duties as assigned, which may include but are not limited to, building, or hanging office furniture, salting or shoveling walkways, moving heavy objects, painting, patching drywall, fixing hardware malfunctions, and ensuring the overall maintenance of the facility's infrastructure.

Qualifications:

· Proven experience in a maintenance role, preferably within a manufacturing or similar industrial setting.

· Demonstrated ability to follow preventative maintenance schedules and procedures.

· Familiarity with IOS and want to be familiar with our intended operating systems (Protracker, Existing Maintenance Log). Prefer experience with maintenance asset software Limble and Maintenance X.

· Strong troubleshooting skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues promptly.

· Ability to work collaboratively with the Maintenance Supervisor and other team members.

· Willingness to engage in physical activities and handle various manual tasks as needed.

· Effective communication skills, with the ability to receive and execute instructions accurately.

· Commitment to safety standards and procedures.

· Flexibility to work outside of normal business hours, including some weekends or evenings, may be required to address urgent maintenance issues and during heavy production periods.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
