Insight Global is Hiring an Administrative Assistant Near Reston, VA
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Assisting with event planning and management, including scheduling all-hands and management meetings, managing room reservations across international offices, organizing team events, and handling catering and meal reservations
- Filing expense reports for travel and other expenses in a timely and accurate fashion
- Taking departmental purchases from concept through payment, including facilitating legal and purchasing review of contracts, filing purchase orders, and receiving invoices for goods and services
- Taking and distributing minutes and action items at staff and other meetings as required
- Assisting as needed and available with budget and head-count management, office space allocation, and special projects within the division
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- 0-3 years of relevant experience
- Some college is desirable
- Excel - Should be intermediate
- Other basic MS Office tasks including Outlook/Email, Teams, and Calendar.
DESIRED SKILLS
- Ability to work with a variety of stakeholders, from executives and consultants to interns and other administrators; excellent discretion in handling sensitive information
- Excited by challenges; eager to learn new skills, vocabularies, and projects
- Able to handle competing priorities and make independent decisions
- Flexible and able to adapt quickly to shifting requirements from multiple directions
