Daily Operations :

Insight Global is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join an industrial construction and engineering company located in Cheshire, Connecticut.

The position is also available in Charlotte, NC or Chantilly VA. The role is hybrid and the ideal candidate will be on-site 3 days a week in one of the aforementioned locations.

This person should come from a TA / HR background at a construction company or servicing a construction portfolio. The position entails a few key responsibilities : filling open positions in a timely and cost-effective manner, developing partnerships with hiring managers and HR partners, conducting interviews and maintaining knowledge of HR trends and company policies.

The ideal candidate will have 2 years of dedicated construction recruiting experience, 5 years of experience in the full recruiting lifecycle, proficiency MS suite, excellent inter-personal skills and hold a Bachelors degree.

Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree preferred; major specializing in human resources preferred
• PHR / SPHR preferred
• 5 years of full cycle recruitment experience
• Experience generating diverse candidate pool as well as building relationships with affinity organizations
• Experience dealing with high volume recruitment and hard to fill positions
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
