About this role:
Simply put, our Business Development Representative (BDR) is responsible for handling sourced leads, prospecting, and nurturing leads into new client accounts.
In this role, you will develop our sales pipeline by identifying rising business opportunities and building what will become long-term relationships with prospects to continue company growth, increase revenue, and improve profits.
We are looking for candidates who have an entrepreneurial spirit and are looking to make their mark. This role is ideal for emerging sales professionals with some experience as an BDR who are eager to elevate their career in SaaS Sales and work with enterprise clients.

We have structured our Interview process to mirror the Sales process. This allows you to showcase your sales skills while we get to know you as a person and a sales professional. Along the way, you’ll learn more about InPlace Software, our teams, and the details of this opportunity.
Our recruitment process is also entirely remote, utilizing video conferencing (MS Teams).
Our targeted Base Salary Range for this position is $60,000. Additionally, compensation for sales roles includes a commission structure.
