Job Summary:
The mission of the Business Development Specialist role is to generate sales-qualified leads (Investors) for the Onboarding team. This specialist will represent the ESO brand within the industry by identifying and engaging with potential clients. The position will be the primary contact for strategic partnership investors with the goal of improving and expanding the partnership base and relationships
Investor Sales Qualified Leads- Identify and target potential real estate investors through various channels, including online research, industry events, and Networking. Qualify leads by assessing their investment interests, objectives, and financial capacity. Collaborate with the Onboarding team to ensure a smooth transition of qualified leads.
Investor Industry Relations-Establish and nurture relationships with key players in the real estate investment industry, including investors and industry groups. Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and investment opportunities to better serve investor needs.
Partnership Relations-Serve as the primary point of contact for strategic partnerships, fostering positive and collaborative relationships. Identify opportunities to enhance and expand partner relationships, driving mutual value and growth.
Partner Training Support -Provide training and support to Partner Stakeholders to ensure a deep understanding of investor needs, industry trends, and partnership strategies. Share knowledge and best practices to enhance the effectiveness of stakeholder interactions.
Qualifications:-Three to Five years of sales experience with a proven track record of success-Real estate sales experience with a deep understanding of the investment industry, including market trends, regulations, and investment strategies
-Excellent communication skills and relationship building skills
-Relationship building with strong interpersonal skills to establish and maintain industry and partner relationships
-Partnership Management-expertise in managing strategic partnerships, including negotiations, collaboration and value creation
-Market research ability to conduct market research and gather insights to inform sales and partnership strategies-Training & Support-skills in providing training and support to internal teams in sales, ensuring alignment with investor and partnership goals
-Adaptability to a fast-paced and evolving work environment.
Salary range $75-80K competitive salary, negotiable, plus bonus potential
