As the inaugural Director of Operations at our dynamic start-up, your role will be incredibly multifaceted and fast-paced, requiring a keen enthusiasm for tackling diverse challenges head-on. You will be a key architect in building and optimizing our operational structure, ensuring that each aspect, from finance planning to overseas logistics, operates at peak efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Your responsibilities will extend across creating direct reporting structures for team members, managing product sourcing, implementing strategies for financial projections, and playing a crucial role in our hiring processes.
Key Responsibilities:
