Privately-owned, family-run business in the midst of dynamic growth seeking to hire a full time human resources manager. The human resources manager CORECHEM seeks to hire would be required to embody these same values. This individual would be responsible for working as a part of our production to produce inventory, maintain warehouse standards, and meet regulatory requirements.
As an organization, CORECHEM would offer this new hire compensation commensurate with industry and experience to include: salaried pay (Salary 60k-70k, dependent on experience), PTO, vacation, health insurance, and retirement benefits.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Manage the recruitment and selection process, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
- Oversee talent management activities, including performance management, employee development, and succession planning
- Ensure compliance with employment labor laws, drug free workplace program and other regulations, including FMLA and other leave programs
- Administer employee benefits programs and manage relationships with benefit providers
- Maintain accurate employee records
- Handle employee relations issues and provide guidance to managers on disciplinary actions and performance improvement plans
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure consistency and fairness across the organization
- Conduct investigations into employee complaints or violations of company policies
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in HR program management

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- Proven work experience as an HR Manager or Senior Level HR Generalist
- In-depth knowledge of HR best practices and employment labor laws
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with employees at all levels of the organization
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Paychex
