Minimum 4 years in customer service, hospitality/wine industry preferred but will consider experience outside of the wine industry. Proficient in Microsoft Office. Willingness and ability to provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers. Ability to work with a variety of personalities and remain calm and courteous in all situations. Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills. Ability to work under pressure and multi-task. Must be very accurate with a well-developed attention to detail. Team player and problem solver. Must be highly productive in order entry.
