Cordia Resources is seeking an Administrative Assistant who will play a key role in supporting the efficient operation of our office. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, advanced proficiency in Excel, excellent communication abilities, and the capability to contribute seamlessly right from the start.Responsibilities:Office Organization:
Maintain a well-organized and efficient office environment.
Manage office supplies, equipment, and coordinate maintenance as needed.
Communication:
Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications.
Draft, proofread, and edit emails, memos, reports, and other documents as required.
Calendar Management:
Coordinate and manage appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for team members.
Prepare meeting agendas and assist in the preparation of presentation materials.
Data Entry and Analysis:
Utilize advanced Excel skills to handle data entry, create spreadsheets, and generate reports.
Conduct basic data analysis to support decision-making processes.
Administrative Support:
Provide general administrative support to various teams and departments.
Assist in organizing and coordinating company events and functions.
Documentation and Filing:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic and physical files.
Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
Qualifications:
Strong Excel skills required
Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced skills in Excel.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.
Proactive problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
