About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President, Finance (T&D Infrastructure) to serve as a key financial advisor to the Division President and provide comprehensive financial support for the T&D Components businesses. This role involves overseeing accounting, financial reporting & controls, financial planning & analysis, operations, and commercial finance. The successful candidate will be a member of the T&D Infrastructure leadership team, contributing to the business's profitable growth strategy and collaborating with the HUS finance team. They will also lead a team of approximately 45 finance and accounting professionals, ensuring accurate and timely financial accounting and reporting.To thrive in this position, candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, with a CPA, CMA, and/or MBA preferred. A minimum of 15 years of finance and accounting experience, including supervisory or managerial roles, is required. The role demands strong executive presence, communication skills, and a deep understanding of technical accounting, financial reporting, financial modeling, and strategic planning. Experience with SAP is a strong plus. The ideal candidate will be self-reliant, results-oriented, and possess advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI for data visualization. Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work in a team environment are essential, as is the flexibility to travel as needed.
