To provide administrative support for a fast-paced Vice President of Human Resources. This position requires a business minded individual with integrity and flexibility, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, project coordination experience, the ability to work well with all levels of management and staff to represent the company with the highest level of professionalism.

Additional responsibilities include supporting the recruiting team throughout the recruitment process.

Responsibilities

The qualified candidate will support the Vice President – Human Resource by:

• Coordination, implementation and follow through of short- and long-term projects
• Develop a reminder process for communicating outstanding/open issues for follow up and action as necessary
• Schedule and prioritize daily action items for the executive according to requests and requirements
• Establish appointment priorities through scheduling meetings to support workflow needs and preferences
• Organizes and maintains HR files and paperwork
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality at all times

The candidate will also assist the recruiting team and will be in charge of maintaining the following objectives for our recruiting team:

• Source candidates through multiple recruiting methods and channels
• Schedule interviews with Human Resources Team/Management for qualified candidates
• Process background checks
• Schedule pre-employment assessments for qualified candidates
• Assist in the creation of the new employee orientation schedules
• Other duties as assigned
