Job Overview:
We are a family dental practice seeking a Dental Receptionist with knowledge of insurance billing to join our team. The ideal candidate will be friendly, detail oriented, self motivating and a team player.

Duties:
- Greet patients and visitors with a welcoming demeanor
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments
- Manage patient records, including updating personal information and medical history
- Verify insurance coverage and process insurance claims
- Assist with billing, coding, and processing payments
- Answer phone calls and address patient inquiries promptly
- Coordinate communication between patients and dental staff

Qualifications:
- Previous experience working in a dental office required
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with patients and colleagues
