Our client is a leading manufacturing company in the Charlotte area. They are currently seeking an Account Manager to work with sales, marketing, and project management teams to retain and grow as assigned group of clients.

Responsibilities include:

• Work with Project Manager on new product development
• Handle inquires and requests from customers and address their needs
• Develop positive working relationships with all client touch points
• Collect and analyze client data concerning trends to help understand changing needs
• Generate progress reports for clients and senior leaders within the organization
• Identify upsell, cross-sell and renewal opportunities and communicate with the sales team regularly
• Maintain accurate documentation and client records

Project Account Manager qualifications include:

• BA or BS in a related field
• 5 years of Account Management Experience
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and juggle several responsibilities simultaneously
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (oral, written and presentation)
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to work in past paced team environment
• Available for 20% travel
