Job Title: Operations Director

Location: CA (LA area), Hybrid

Salary Range: $180 – 220K 

Responsibilities, but not limited to: 

• Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize efficiency, productivity, and profitability across all business functions.
• Lead and manage day-to-day operations, including but not limited to administration and IT, ensuring smooth and seamless workflows.
• Collaborate with Practice Leaders to define, prioritize, and execute key business objectives and initiatives.
• Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement actionable solutions.
• Establish and maintain effective policies, procedures, and systems to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Drive process improvements and innovation initiatives to streamline operations and enhance the client experience.
• Manage and develop a high-performing operations team, providing leadership, guidance, and support to foster a culture of excellence and accountability.
• Partner with senior management to develop and execute long-term strategic plans and initiatives to support company growth and expansion.
• Cultivate strong relationships with external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and partners, to enhance collaboration and drive business success.

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• At least 10 years of experience of managing within a professional service firm (preferably business management, accounting, or legal industry).
• Proven track record of success in operations management roles within the professional services or business management industry.
• Strong leadership abilities with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve results.
• Excellent strategic planning and analytical skills with a keen business acumen.
• Solid understanding of financial management principles and experience managing budgets and financial resources.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively collaborate and build relationships across all levels of the organization.
• Demonstrated ability to drive change, innovate, and implement process improvements.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
• Knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements and compliance standards.
