We are seeking an experienced Director of Operations to join one of our coolest clients! Our client is a leading high end catering and venue operate with the most incredible team culture!
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality with a proven track record of success in managing operations across venues and catering. The DOO will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company's operations, including sales & marketing, finance, culinary development and all other operations.
Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement operational strategies to ensure the company's success
- Oversee daily operations of the company and the work of executives (IT, Marketing, HR, Finance etc.)
- Lead employees to encourage maximum performance and dedication
- Work closely with other senior executives to ensure that the company's goals and objectives are met
- Monitor and analyze industry trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
- Manage budgets and ensure operational expenses are in line with company objectives
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including vendors, government agencies, and industry associations
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and safety standards
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, logistics, or a related field; a master's degree is preferred
- Experience across events, catering and venues
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
