As our Sales Development Representative , you’ll support HID’s success by
  • Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients, industries, and market trends.
  • Analyze competitor activities to identify business opportunities.
  • Lead Generation: Generate leads through various channels such as cold calling, email outreach, networking events, and social media
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients.
  • Prospecting and Outreach: Reach out to potential clients to understand their needs and present relevant solutions.
  • Initiate and maintain effective communication to foster potential business relationships.
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate and nurture relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Develop a deep understanding of client needs and preferences to tailor solutions accordingly.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure a unified approach in achieving business development goals.
  • Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to showcase products or services, clearly articulate value propositions and address client concerns.
  • Client Retention: Work on strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and maintain long-term relationships.
  • Address client feedback and concerns in a timely and effective manner.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare regular reports on business development activities, including lead generation, conversion rates, and sales performance.
  • Analyze data to refine strategies for improved results.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitors.
  • Continuously upgrade product knowledge and sales techniques to adapt to evolving business landscapes.
  • Goal Achievement: Set and achieve challenging business development targets.
  • Monitor progress and adjust strategies as needed to meet or exceed goals.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and other relevant information.
  • Ensure proper documentation for tracking and analysis.
  • Work in tandem with the End – User Business Development Manager to drive sales to the K- 12 Vertical.

Education and/or Experience:
  • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field is often preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years experience in related field.
  • Proven experience in sales or business development roles, demonstrating a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Knowledge and experience in the K-12 market preferred
