Local Production Company / Sales Assistant

Pay : $15 / Hr.

Hours : Monday - Friday 8-5

Job Duties : Customer Service :

Customer Service :

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products.
• Provide product information, answer inquiries, and offer recommendations.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly.

Sales Support :

• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized sales floor.
• Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash transactions securely.
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and promote special offers.

Minor Programming :

• Utilize basic programming skills to update digital signage and promotional displays.
• Assist in troubleshooting minor technical issues with POS systems or digital displays.
• Work closely with the IT department to implement software updates and enhancements.

Returns Management :

• Accept returns and exchanges following company policies and procedures.
• Inspect returned items for damage and process refunds or exchanges accordingly.
• Maintain accurate records of returned merchandise and update inventory systems.

Applicant Requirements :

• Must have a clean background.
• Pass a drug screen.
• Willing to drive to Henrietta, TX
