Responsibilities of the Accounts Payable Assistant:
- Process invoices accurately and efficiently to ensure timely payments
- Coordinate invoice approval with various departments, fostering smooth communication and workflow
- Reconcile vendor accounts promptly, addressing inquiries and discrepancies in a timely manner
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy
Qualifications of the Accounts Payable Assistant:
- Strong accounts payable experience, demonstrating a strong background in financial processes
- Proficient in data entry and various accounting software
