Summary:
Provide outstanding guest service based on Company Standards by managing payments and controlling expenses Process, verify, and reconcile invoices and vendor statements Monitor discount opportunities and review AP aging on a weekly basis Maintain vendor contracts files and resolve payment discrepancies Comply with financial procedures and communicate with other departments
- Process and reconcile invoices and payments
- Monitor and manage accounts payable aging
- Maintain accurate vendor records and contracts
- Review and process credit memos and payments
- Prepare and review general ledger expenses
- Comply with the company's drug-free and tobacco/nicotine-free policy
