Our client, a fueling company, is looking to hire a Cash Apps Specialist to join our finance team on a temp to hire basis. Your primary role will be to process incoming payments accurately and maintain financial records.Responsibilities:

• Process incoming payments (checks, wire transfers, etc.) and update customer accounts.
• Reconcile daily cash receipts and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain organized records of cash transactions.
• Respond to customer payment inquiries.
• Ensure compliance with company policies.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma; finance/accounting coursework a plus.
• Previous cash application or finance experience preferred.
• Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational skills.
