Responsibilities: - Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner - Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls as necessary - Schedule appointments and manage calendars - Maintain a clean and organized reception area - Receive and distribute mail and packages - Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation - Provide excellent customer service to patients or clients - Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion Skills: - Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred - Knowledge of dental or medical office procedures is a plus - Proficient in calendar management and scheduling software - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our office. Your friendly demeanor and excellent customer service skills will contribute to creating a positive experience for our patients or clients. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will ensure that the office runs smoothly.
