We are looking for an assistant for our Toys Division.

Below is the description of what the job details:

• Assists in handling order processing, and tracking of orders (from factories overseas up to the buyer's DC locally)
• Communicate daily with internal / external partners regarding production and delivery information.
• Assist head of production with initial creation from sourcing, and manufacturing to finalized product
• Daily communication with designers and sales people
• Review the vendor manual on what requirements have to be given to the factories.
• Maintain and organize a sample room and sample information records. Submitting sample on time to customer for approval.
• Get familiarized and work with EDI requirements.
• Assists in shipping/logistic dept as he/she will monitor shipments, handles checking of shipping documentation from overseas and prepares shipping docs needed for local deliveries.
• Assists in the accounting department for checking invoices/ PL from factories.
• Submitting supplier’s invoices on time to accounting department for payment weekly.
• Maintaining and updating forecast chart
• Report on status updates of ongoing projects and tasks.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Detail oriented and able to multitask
• Have at least 2 years of experience in a Production setting.
• Good communicator, organizer, and a team worker
• Expert in excel as she/he has to work with a lot of worksheets and template

Proficient in PowerPoint

• Excellent time management, attention to detail and communication; accuracy is a must.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced environment and under tight deadlines

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
